Robert Watson III

Dear Readers,

My name is Robert Watson III, I suffered a severe ABI in 2009 and was also told that I probably would never be able to walk or be independent. In 2010 I became a survivor in the P.G. Program since that time I have learned to walk, and I presently live alone. I have my own ILST and I do get some PCA care, but I am independent in the broader sense. This just goes to show that only you can determine your future! I appreciate P.G. for its support and encouragement. I am also proud to be the editor of our P.G. Newsletter. I am a gym member and will hope to be an encouragement to someone! I am a survivor.

MEATLOAF RECIPE

INGREDIENTS
1 small pack of Hamburger
½ cup of garlic powder
½ cup of onion powder
1 Tbsp of salt
½ of a Vidalia or sweet onion – chopped
1 Tbsp of pepper
2 eggs

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Mix all ingredients together.

3. Mold and bake in the oven until done or about 30-45 minutes.
