Deliver services on an individual basis to persons with acquired brain injuries who qualify for the State of Connecticut ABI Waiver Program. Services provided will improve the individual’s ability to live independently in the community by developing and implementing cognitive/behavioral interventions and effective training strategies.

Provide highly individualized educational instruction to students with disabilities in both school and community settings. At Project Genesis, Program Managers responsibilities include case management, program coordination, hiring, supervision, retention, scheduling, billing, reporting and implementing behavior plans. The position is responsible to maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and ensure documentation meets standards set by federal, state and local guidelines.
